Upper Snake Biological Opinion Court Documents
Oregon District Court Judge James Redden remanded the 2005 Upper Snake River BiOp to NOAA Fisheries in June 2006. He issued a specific remand order in September 2006. The order directed the defendants, NOAA Fisheries and the Bureau of Reclamation, to submit quarterly progress reports on the same schedule as the 2004 FCRPS BiOp remand.
