2006-2007 FCRPS Annual Progess Report:  This document is the final report to the region on the action agencies' progress under the 2004 FCRPS BiOp. Following extensive collaboration with the sovereigns, NOAA Fisheries issued a new FCRPS BiOp in 2008.
